Four rules. No shortcuts. Just proper friet.

  1. 01

    Irish Agria potatoes

Golden and floury, the kind that fries up crisp outside and soft in the middle.

  2. 02

    Cut fresh, in the shop

Thick cut every morning, so every fry stays fluffy inside.

  3. 03

    Fried twice

Once low, to cook them through. Once hot, for the crunch. That's the Dutch way.

  4. 04

    Served in a cone

Sauce on top, fork on the side, eaten on the street. Just like in Amsterdam.
